Delete your CAAAR account

Delete your account in the app

Open CAAAR and go to Settings → Delete account (or Menu → Delete account). Confirm, and your account is deleted straight away.

No longer have the app?

Email support@caaar.net from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, photo and phone number), your listings and their photos and videos, your chat messages, your bids and auction history, your saved items and your notifications. Any refundable bidding deposit still held on your card is released.

What may be kept

Payment records that Stripe or UAE law require us to keep for accounting and tax purposes may be kept for longer, separately from your CAAAR account. If you won an auction lot and haven't paid for it yet, deleting your account doesn't cancel that payment.
